Feb 14^th , in that day every couple celebrate thier gladness to have each others .. well not just couples .. even friends does, it a day that everyone confirm thier love to otherz .. whome ever ther were !!

celebratin this day hadnt came from nothin, as everythin gotta story & a reason to happen ..

It starts long long years ago, but still been celbrated yearly, During the third century where Rome was ruled by an emperor called Claudius , thier was a priest called St.Valentine that were havin some problems dealin with the emperor,so does otherz, anyhow , The emperor wanted to expand his empire’s legal & military authorities, so he start asking for volunteers to build a bigger n strengthen the empire army, But none want to get into fights & wars, & none want to leave their families, wives, friends, all the paradise where livin in.

So none has volunteered, & that really made Claudius so furious. So what happened?

His majesty decides not to allow any more marriages!! Can you imagine that?? What a Illiteracy!! anyhow.. On the other side youth & almost everyone thought how cruel & arbitrary this decree was.. & no one really supported this preposterous law.

Even after Emperor Claudius passed his law, St.Valentine kept on performing marriage ceremonies, sure it was secretly though!!

Its was done like a Concealed small ceremonies in a small candlelit room with the groom n his pride .. Sure every prince & princess cant wait until this day came n they get married while all their friends n family n lovers around.. the music is loadin .. the dances Shaken out the floor!! But all they can hear is soldier’s steps!!

At one night, while St.Valentine was marryin some of the couples, suddenly they heard some hard footsteps… so he asked the couples so escape, & the St.Valentine was caught by the emperor army & been Sentenced to death.

At this time people came from around the country to visit him, some thew flowers up to the window, some sent notes , while others sent letters. They wanted him to know that he wasn’t the only one who thought of the human rights to love & to get married.

The most visitor St.Valentine been meetin was the prison guard daughter, who’s been allowed to do so with her father authorities, she helped him a lot , kept his spirits up, the most important thing behind her actions was her agreement of what St.Valentine was doin by ignoring the Emperor and going ahead with the secret marriages.

On the day that St.Valentine should be killed he left a letter to his new friend thanxin her on her friendship n loyalty & been signed with "Love from your Valentine"

Since February 14, 269 A.D. !! Everyone sends letters fowlers anything to show others how much they care about.. How much they love But the most important thing that they do it because of their believes that LOVE can’t be beaten.

That was the story, maybe some says uuh its Christian thingy then y the hell should be celebrate this day !! or even congregate our lovers with such a thing. For a mint .. I agree with that ..But logically im simply not ..

أظهرت دراسة أن قلة النوم تؤثر على الذاكرة وتضعف من أداء المخ حيث تكون ردود أفعال الشبان الذين يغالبهم النعاس شبيهة لحد كبير بردود أفعال من هم في العقد السابع من العمر.

وقام الدكتور مايكل تشي وزميله الباحث تشو وي تشيج بمعمل علم الجهاز العصبي التابع لمعامل بحوث الصحة بسنغافورة خلال البحث بدراسة آثار عدم النوم لمدة 24 ساعة على شبان تتراوح أعمارهم بين 19 و24 عاما.

ونشرت نتائج الدراسة في صحيفة Streets Times الصادرة في سنغافورة، ونسبت الصحيفة إلى تشي قوله، "إن أنماط نشاط المخ التي رصدناها في الشبان تماثل تلك التي رصدت في وقت سابق لدى الأشخاص كبار السن الأصحاء الذين يؤدون مهاما مماثلة تتصل بالذاكرة".

هذا ومن جانب آخر، كشفت دراسة أمريكية سابقة أيضا أن الإنسان بحاجة إلى ثماني ساعات يوميا من النوم، وأن الأشخاص الذين ينامون اكثر من ثمانية ساعات وكذلك الذين ينامون اقل من سبع ساعات يعانون من مشاكل في النوم. لذلك ينصح العلماء بأخذ القسط الكافي من النوم وهو ثمانية ساعات بالضبط.

ومع انه من غير الواضح لغاية الآن لماذا تتسبب الزيادة والنقص في ساعات النوم عن الوقت المثالي في مشاكل أثناء النوم، إلا أن هذه الدراسة تركز على نفي الإشاعة التي تقول أن الإنسان يكون بحالة صحية افضل إذا ما حصل على اكثر من ثمانية ساعات كل يوم.

قام العلماء خلال الدراسة بفحص اكثر من مائة شخص بالغ واكتشفوا انه بالمقارنة مع الأشخاص الذين كانوا يحصلون على ساعات النوم المثالية، فان الأشخاص الذين كانوا يحصلون على ساعات نوم طويلة يعانون من مشاكل في النوم حيث أفادوا انهم يجدون صعوبة في النوم عند الذهاب إلى الفراش، كما انهم لا يستغرقون في النوم وينهضون اكثر من مرة خلال الليل، كما انهم ينهضون مبكرا، بالإضافة إلى عدم شعورهم بالحيوية عندما ينهضون من النوم كما انهم يشعرون بالنعاس طوال اليوم.
خلصت الدراسة أن الأشخاص الذين يحصلون على ساعات نوم مثالية بين سبعة وثمانية ساعات في اليوم غالبا لا يعانون من أية مشاكل. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن النساء يحببن ساعات النوم الطويل اكثر من الرجال.

هذا وحذر باحثون بجامعة بوسطن من أن النوم الكثير أو الحرمان منه يمثلان خطرا رئيسيا يهدد صحة وحياة الإنسان بصفة عامة والمرأة بصفة خاصة، وأن الكثير منه أو القليل قد يسبب الوفاة.

وقد أظهرت دراستان جديدتان أجريتا في بوسطن أن البالغين الذين يحصلون على قسط وافر من النوم الليلي الجيد لمدة سبع أو ثماني ساعات يعيشون مدة أطول وأقل عرضة للإصابة بأمراض القلب مقارنة مع الأشخاص الذين ينامون مدة أقل أو أطول، وتعارض هاتان الدراستان ما أظهره بحث سابق أن مدة حياة الأشخاص الذين ينامون أقل من ثماني ساعات أثناء الليل قد تكون أطول من غيرهم.

ووجد الباحثون في دراساتهم التي شملت 4541 رجلا وامرأة ، أن الأشخاص الذين ينامون تسع ساعات أو أكثر، كانوا أكثر عرضة للوفاة على مدى 14 عاما هي مدة الدراسة بنسبة 70% مقارنة بالذين ينامون سبع أو ثماني ساعات، بينما بلغ هذا الخطر 50% عند من ناموا لست ساعات أو أقل. وقال العلماء إن خطر الحرمان من النوم يساوي نفس خطر التدخين على صحة الإنسان.

هذا وقد أكد باحثون أن عدم أخذ قسط وافر من النوم أثناء الليل قد يعرض الأشخاص وخاصة المصابين منهم بارتفاع ضغط الدم الشرياني لخطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب.. هذا ما أكده باحثون إيطاليون في دراسة حديثة أيضا.

واعتمدت الدراسة التي أجراها العلماء من جامعة بافيا الإيطالية، على متابعة 20 رجلا و 16 امرأة من غير المدخنين المصابين بارتفاع ضغط الدم الذين لم يتناولوا أي علاجات لهذه الحالة أو الأمراض جهاز القلب الوعائي بحيث ليس لكل مشارك في الدراسة شاشة مخصصة لمراقبة ضغط الدم لمدة 24 ساعة وبشكل خاص بعد تعريضهم لحرمان من النوم من الساعة 3 إلى 7 صباحا.

وأظهرت النتائج زيادة ملحوظة في ضغط الدم ومعدل القلب خلال النهار لدى هؤلاء الأشخاص بعد قضاء ليلة غير كافية من النوم .

ويقترح الباحثون في الدراسة التي سجلتها مجلة (هايبرتنشن) الأميركية أن الحرمان من النوم قد يزيد ضغط الدم بمعدلات أكثر مما يسبب الإصابة بمشكلات خطرة فيما بعد، موضحين أن ضغط الدم العالي يسبب توترا وضغطا هائلين على الشرايين مما قد يقود إلى الإصابة بالنوبات القلبية والسكتات الدماغية والفشل الكلوي .

وحسب إحصائيات طبية فإن حوالي 50 مليون أميركي مصابون بارتفاع ضغط الدم ونحو 30 مليونا يعانون من نقص النوم المزمن وأكد الخبراء ضرورة أن يقضي الإنسان 8 ساعات على الأقل في النوم كل ليلة وذلك لتجنب المشكلات الجسدية والعصبية التي قد تسببها قلة الراحة والحرمان من النوم

long time huh !!

i was extreamlly cumbersome latley

its ma first uni finalz

.. some where hard ..

i've finshed ma last exam yesturday - ENGL 145 - it was really great exam .. thx to whome gave us those qsn'z ..

this course is ma first - as a colleague - it wasnt easy as i thought it is

i was like

since the first day i arrived thier & it was ma first time to go enter the university .. i was like i shouldnt be here .. im that skool gurl .. with el uniform .. gurlz el teachers ..

wt a drastic diffrence .. o all long the semmester we're comparin being a colleague & being a skool gurl .. speically coz many of our class - 2006 - that been accepted at uob are whome have GPA over 90% n now at the university many many cant make it n pass el exams .. well .. the main reason is that many of them going to the uni just to have fan n meet new ppl .. make friendships all around .. get a BF / GF ..n then when the results came up with " F " then those dr.'z wernt teachin .. they know nothin !! they cant helps us n they dont wona to !!

well .. if i cant help ma self wt the ppl can do .. !! NOTHING .. its not be there n smile for me n give me some gifts n i'll let u pass .. thats not a life ..

if we can do nothin now .. we cant study we cant build our future .. whoz gona help us !!

As everybody knows, yesterday the execution of Sadam Husain, n today before at 6:46 been announced that its been done.

Sadam Husain been EXCECUTED

The former Iraqi leader, Saddam Hussein, has been hanged in northern Baghdad for crimes against humanity.

The new which everyone were dieing to hear such since 2003, after all that long time it’s done, n that’s dictator is dead.

It’s a great day walla.. its aid al adha, the biggest 21st sanctuary dictator n after tomorrow is the beginning of the new year, 2007.

What a day, its kinda been the best day since 2006 has started, however, executing this dictator not the end of the Iraqi’s peoples, in ma opinion the party has just started, the consciousness of that gona affect the Iraqi’s future, as a country, as a citizen, as sheea, suna, kurd, turkuman, and others.

Im not that interested at the political topics bs, we’re in the meddle of that situation, more than that, im that kind of people who likes to keep-up with those things specially when u know that this human being is abusing the human being in general while we (normal human being can do nothing about that).

Anyhow backing to the main point that im talking about at this topic, Saddam Hussein executed in Iraq , i thought we wouldn’t be so n still on that, all in all I think it’s an new American theater u may say uuh she’z a good movie’s watcher, bs that’s wt I’ve realized every single political thing happen all around the Arab’s countries. America is leadin us to heal people. y our president is just sittin over there havin the heaven on earth, while its people livin in hell!!

Even America, they know nothing about wt we’re livin in , as we do same. American people doesn’t have that freedom we think they do.

Feb 14th , in that day every couple celebrate thier gladness to have each others .. well not just couples .. even friends does, it a day that everyone confirm thier love to otherz .. whome ever ther were !!

celebratin this day hadnt came from nothin, as everythin gotta story & a reason to happen ..

So none has volunteered, & that really made Claudius so furious. So what happened?

His majesty decides not to allow any more marriages!! Can you imagine that?? What a Illiteracy!! anyhow.. On the other side youth & almost everyone thought how cruel & arbitrary this decree was.. & no one really supported this preposterous law.

Even after Emperor Claudius passed his law, St.Valentine kept on performing marriage ceremonies, sure it was secretly though!!

At one night, while St.Valentine was marryin some of the couples, suddenly they heard some hard footsteps… so he asked the couples so escape, & the St.Valentine was caught by the emperor army & been Sentenced to death.

At this time people came from around the country to visit him, some thew flowers up to the window, some sent notes , while others sent letters. They wanted him to know that he wasn’t the only one who thought of the human rights to love & to get married.

On the day that St.Valentine should be killed he left a letter to his new friend thanxin her on her friendship n loyalty & been signed with "Love from your Valentine"

Since February 14, 269 A.D. !! Everyone sends letters fowlers anything to show others how much they care about.. How much they love But the most important thing that they do it because of their believes that LOVE can’t be beaten.

That was the story, maybe some says uuh its Christian thingy then y the hell should be celebrate this day !! or even congregate our lovers with such a thing. For a mint .. I agree with that ..But logically im simply not ..

I believe in such actions that been doin to keep love been shown .. I really do .. !!
